Adam Milstein Makes His Mark in Real Estate and Philanthropy

Adam Milstein served with the Israeli Defense Forces and laid the groundwork for a successful future. Perhaps this is what set his feet on the path of accomplishment. He attended Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and graduated with a BS degree in Business and Economics. Adam Milstein and family moved to America in 1981, and he completed his master’s degree several years later at USC. He chose real estate as the field where he would make an impact.

Adam Milstein, along with a managing partner, runs Hager Pacific Properties. The firm manages both commercial and industrial real estate, and controls several million square feet of space throughout the United States. The company invests in properties that range from passive, to those that are well-leased or under-performing. Effective manage, repositioning, and renovation are keys to the company’s success. The company also funds its own investments without having to use capital from the outside. Its portfolio is valued at close to $2 billion dollars.

Milstein had done well financially, but realized early on that making money is not solely the goal. As such, he has a strong commitment to philanthropy and giving back to the Israel-American community. This is one of the main reasons he co-founded the Israeli-American Council. Its mission is to help strengthen the bonds between America and Israel.

Adam Milstein and his wife founded the Adam and Gila Family Foundation. His non-profit also aims to educate the present Jewish culture and the next generation on sharing their culture with friends, classmates, and others in life. Adam Milstein continually dedicates his life to making the world a better place to live.

Education is a critical component of his life. It, along with his history and upbringing, gave him the means and vision to create a successful business and involve himself in philanthropies that benefit people of Jewish-American heritage around the world.
